Everyone is welcome to listen to and read your own poetry! Sign-ups are at the door if you would like to read your poetry. There is no time limit/minium for how long or short you would like to read. Our feature for this month is Alva Moses!
Chamber Chapters
September 22nd, 5:30 pm to 7 pm
Free for all members of the Chamber; $10 for Non-members
A business book club for all!
A monthly discussion where Chamber members share a book that has meaningfully influenced them—whether in business leadership, professional growth, or life. Each session will be led by a fellow Chamber member who will briefly introduce the book and guide a relaxed group conversation about its ideas and impact. These events will be held at Next Chapter Café and Book Shop on the 4th Tuesday of the month from 5:30–7 p.m.

Our Trivia nights will be a 4 part series, one night once a month for 4 months this Fall. At the final night, we will tally up the points from all 4 games to see who the grand prize winner will be!

Workshop with Jenna O'Malley
In light of recent waves of banning books across the United States, former teacher and author, editor, and bookish business coach Jenna O’Malley calls on all authors and other creative business owners in publishing to join for a workshop on how to create safe spaces for books that would be ban-able in many states? Since it is traditionally Banned Books Month this month, let’s uplift stories with our voices.
Local Author: Danielle Chwirut
Danielle Chwirut has spent more than a decade supporting children, families, and schools through her work in education, youth development, and nonprofit leadership. Throughout her career, she has helped create systems, training, and resources that strengthen the way communities care for children. Following the loss of her brother, Adam, Danielle searched for children's books about grief that reflected love and remembrance without relying on religious explanations. When she couldn't find the story she was looking for, she decided to write it herself. All Around You, Forever I'll Be is her debut children's book and was created to give every family—regardless of beliefs—a comforting story that helps children understand that love continues long after loss.

Meets on the Third Saturday of the month from 11:30am till 1pm
Coffee & Connections is a free support group designed to bring together parents, caregivers, and family members of children with autism in a welcoming, judgment-free environment. Our goal is to provide a space where families can connect, share experiences, access resources, and build meaningful relationships with others who understand the autism journey.
